ABSTRACT
Some vegetable crops are grown for their fruits; these include crops as diverse as peppers, melons, tomato, cucumber, etc. Their seed are borne in fruits or fruitlike structures, and must be removed before the seed can be dried, conditioned, treated, packaged or handled.
