ABSTRACT
The arrangements for post-construction liabilities and insurance in the UK are set out according to the standard format of the country overviews. There are in addition four appendices (I to IV) describing the roles and liabilities of ‘normative bureaux’, building control authorities, testing laboratories and the British Board of Agrément.
