ABSTRACT
The numerical control machine is the major cornerstone of the development of modern Mechanical Manufacturing Industry. With the rapid development of information technology, the enterprise depends on the numerical control machine more and more (Shen et al. 2012).The result showed that the total economic loss of fault forecast reached ×1 1011 Yuan. Therefore, fault forecast of numerical control machine has become the problems that brook no delay. Among the fault forecast methods, the grey system is widely to solve a incertitude system whose part information is known, part information is unknown (Sun 2009). A new grey forecasting model based on neural network named GNNM(1,1) was demand.
