ABSTRACT
This chapter offers a critical discussion assessing the retrofitting process, with a focus on achievements and challenges of the towers’ energy and social sustainability. The tragedy of Grenfell Tower has been included in this chapter, showing how relevant to modern architecture the retrofit process is.
