ABSTRACT

A slim, well-proportioned physique seems to be the embodiment of dance. Problems arise when physical attributes, such as slim and well-proportioned, start to be mistaken for being successful and happy. Age, sex, and level of fitness determine an individual's normal percentage of body fat. The amount of energy a body needs to maintain its basic functioning when resting is called the resting or basal metabolic rate. Even when we lie flat without moving, the body needs energy, for example, to fuel the heart and circulatory system as well as the kidneys, intestines, and activities of the brain. Every training session changes the body. Depending on what the training focuses on, it can build muscles, reduce body fat or make the fascial tissue more elastic. In foreign countries, the food one is accustomed to may not be available or can only be found with difficulty.
