ABSTRACT

Your leadership workshop will be just the beginning of each attendee’s jour-

ney to growing his or her own leadership capacity. Many of the participants

will have taken more than 30 years to develop the leadership strengths and

weaknesses they currently have, so it is not likely that they will be ‘fixed’,

even by a workshop as long as two days. Consider the learning event itself as

part of the complete solution. The complete solution contains

an expert learning facilitator with great content (Chapters 1 and

2, 5-8)
