Whereas Captaine Roger North is lately gonn out from the Port of Plimouth in a Shipp bound for the River of the Amazons in the West Indies, contrary to his Majesties expresse pleasure, and Comaundement signifyed unto him by a Secretarie of State. Whereas his Majestic taketh notice that have been a favorer and Assistant unto Capten North now in his Voyage to the River of the Amazons, aswell by yeilding unto him of many Supplies, as by exchainging his Moneys, keepeing of his Accompts and otherwise.
