ABSTRACT

Systematic approaches can be applied for distinct security modeling system evalua-

tion. Thus the SEQUAL framework and formulated systematic were chosen in [61].

The commonly applied SEQUAL framework is a semiotics-based reference

model used for determination of physical, empirical, syntactical, semantic, perceived

semantic, pragmatic, social, and knowledge qualities. It discusses modeling goals,

ways of achieving them, aspects regarding the domain, alignment with the model

and modeling language principles. It also deals with model creation as a correspon-

dence between explicit knowledge of its interpreters.
