ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on subjective or empirical laws, postulates, and tempo-logical inference rules to be applied to all mental image description language expressions. It must be crucial to provide the natural language understanding system with certain metaphysics or ontology of mental image in order for systematic mental image computation. A word concept should be associated with a conceptual image that it is abstract enough to represent the perceptual image of every referent of the word. The definition of tempo-logical connectives is exclusively for a real live image to be formulated by positive atomic loci and temporal conjunctions. All loci in attribute spaces are assumed to correspond one to one with movements or temporal change events of the focus of attention of the observer. The mental image description language expression of an event is compared to a movie recorded through a floating camera because it is necessarily grounded in movement of the focus of attention of the observer over the event.
