ABSTRACT
Analysts and other observers of the state of the global economy appear to have reached a degree of consensus on the view that while the international economy is still in a rapid growth. The economic and geopolitical circumstances discussed have been intentionally detailed and extended, in proportion with the possible serious consequence for the East Asian economies, which in total encompasses both China and the United States. On the adverse side, it is clear that federal regulations with regard to both foreign mergers and Foreign direct investment (FDI) impose a serious limitation on the major carriers, which would not be tolerated in other business sectors. The LCC sector has found itself in the vanguard of the airline industry. The arrival of the LCC has been a significant event in the aviation industry across Asia. Its arrival was signalled with the launch of Air Asia, a Malaysian airline that was launched by Tony Fernades in January 2002.
