ABSTRACT
There is a revolution in contemporary health care. This has contributed to a great sense of hope and optimism on the part of some while simultaneously engendering a state of fear and despair in others involved in various parts of the health care delivery system. Health care reform is in a state of such dramatic flux that it has virtually polarized, if not paralyzed, clinicians, administrators, insurers, politicians, and the American public.
