ABSTRACT
Although it may sound trivial and may appear self-evident, the importance of understanding the question, whatever the subject, cannot be overestimated. To understand the question fully is to go a considerable distance towards finding a solution. A well formed in-depth formulation of any problem will inevitably contain the seeds of the solution.
