ABSTRACT
Genomics is the study and analysis of a genome, the fully enumerated sequence of an organism’s genetic material. This section describes genomics, beginning with a review of the genetic sequence data available and its annotations and proceeding to a review of the genomic analysis that can be applied to those data.
