ABSTRACT

To describe the dependence between strains and deformations for soils and proterozoic clays it is proposed to use the equations of physically non-linear theory of elasticity. The solutions of plane physically non-linear problems on the distribution of the strains around the tunnels are proposed. It is shown that the physical non-linearity of the soils leads to the decrease of strains concentration around the tunnels. To estimate of outcrop stability while constructing the tunnels it is offered to use the criterion of rock stress level in the area near the contour. According to the value of the stress criterion all soils are divided into four classes of stability. The type of stability for non-fixed face, modes of rock pressure manifestations and types of temporary support are determined in dependence of the stability category. The problems on the calculation of loads on the metro tunnels linings are set. To determine the loads it is used the scheme of «lining-soil mass» system interaction. The soil mass is modeled by the equations of physically non-linear theory of elasticity state. The dependence for the calculations of loads on metro tunnels linings are proposed. The tunnel linings are assumed as mono layered and multi layered.
