ABSTRACT
In this final chapter we recapitulate what has been written in the earlier chapters under these headings. We then proceed to set out:
• the global governance implications for the United Nations and for other global actors and agencies;
• the gaps in our review in terms of world-regional coverage and the research and capacity-building agenda that now opens up if the work in this book is to be built upon.
