Description: Follitropin alfa is a recombinant human follicle stimulating hormone (r-hFSH) produced in mammalian cells by recombinant DNA technology. It is supplied in a lyophilized form at various strengths (37.5-150 IU/vial) and is reconstituted before administration as subcutaneous injection.
