ABSTRACT
In my view, good practice in SSC/OAATC is marked by flexibility and pluralism. In this chapter, which will serve as an overview of the practice of SSC/OAATC, I will outline the pluralistic foundations of SSC/OAATC before specifying elements of its good practice.
