ABSTRACT

Now pay attention to the space, taking it in without moving. Where are you, what is the feel of this volume of air? Be aware of breathing in the space, and of sharing your breath with other sentient and live beings. Be aware of the column of air that rests on your shoulders, and the sea of air in which you live. It’s our atmosphere, made up meticulously of certain gases in a specific amount, that keep you alive, and also allow you to move, grow and develop in a way peculiar to the inhabitants of this planet. You would not be able to move the way you do if you were on the Moon, or on Mars, for instance. Touch your air and slowly move your hands and arms as if you lived in an ocean. You do. It’s an ocean of air.
