ABSTRACT
There are several ways to look at light fittings. Different publications list them with emphasis on the interest of the concern, for example a manufacturer’s catalogue will place all downlights together, all track mounted fittings together and so on. Or the fittings can be grouped together according to their light distribution, for example uplight and downlights, but this has the disadvantage that many fittings are designed to provide a variety of light distribution.
