ABSTRACT
Workers’ compensation (WC) is addressed in this chapter, because a safety and health professional in a company or business is often assigned to administer or manage the WC initiative since it is usually viewed as an integral part of the safety and health program. So it behooves the safety and health professional to an intellectual knowledge of the ends and outs of WC since it might become part of their responsibilities.
