ABSTRACT
In any journey, it is very important to receive solid support from your own organisation. In mountaineering, climbers establish a base camp to which they report back and where they can look for encouragement and support when necessary. Thus, with fundraising in education it is important that support is exhibited by your school and from your LEA, although this is not always possible as LEA officers cannot and should not show favouritism.
