The focus of this chapter is on the unique challenges in the treatment of those who are homeless who struggle with sex addiction. An integrative model of sex addiction is presented specific to working with the homeless sex addiction. Clinicians working with this population are often part of a larger group of providers seeking to provide integrated care. Practical strategies and clinical interventions are offered in order to provide the most effective treatment for this population.
