ABSTRACT
The 3G-324M is an umbrella standard of the Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) for wireless video communications, which was developed to satisfy the stringent requirements of real-time interactive video and audio services. In practice, 3G-324M has been employed in 3G networks today to enable the multimedia services with messaging and streaming.
