ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to see the influence of financial reward and occupational health and safety on job satisfaction. The design of this study is cross sectional. This research used a verification approach with an explanatory survey method with a total of 60 respondents. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data. The analytical technique used was a multiple linear analysis. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that the magnitude of the effect of financial reward and occupational health and safety is 53.8%, the financial reward has an effect toward job satisfaction is equal to 32.9%%, and the influence of occupational health and safety toward job satisfaction is equal to 38.1%.
