ABSTRACT

This study aims to test the relationship between knowledge management and career development of lecturers in private colleges in Kopertis Region XI Kalimantan Indonesia. Data were collected from lecturer civil servants; specifically, 103 questionnaires were collected and analyzed using the statistical technique of partial least squares (PLS). Some the open questions are presented to explain career development programs that a lecturer needed. This study concludes by measuring the impact of knowledge management as a very important tool for lecturers to develop a career in an effective way.
