ABSTRACT

Leadership and organizational culture have a very close relationship that is highly interdependent because every aspect of leadership will ultimately shape an organizational culture. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at Duta Rama Company, Surabaya. In this study, the population consists of 92 people selected using saturated samples. The results indicate that leadership style has an effect, but not a significant effect, on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Together, leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
