ABSTRACT
Success in project implementation depends on the people tasked to do the jobtheir availability, numbers, skills, and motivation. Filling permanent organization and temporary project roles is critical. This task calls for “collaborative” relationships because cooperation will be necessary among functions with different measures, culture, and mind-sets. Figure 13.1 is a flowchart of five processes that implement collaborative relationships to support strategy implementation.
