ABSTRACT
Chapter 5 provided a numerical analysis of the possible implications of the Kyoto Protocol's mechanisms for international transfer. Clearly they are hugely important in determining the implications of the Protocol's commitments. It has also been noted that these mechanisms are unprecedented in international legal agreements. How can they be implemented, and what are the key issues to be addressed?
