ABSTRACT
SENCOs play a pivotal role, coordinating provision across schools and linking class and subject teachers with SEN specialists to improve the quality of teaching and learning. We want schools to see the SENCO as a key member of the senior leadership team, able to influence the development of politics for whole school improvement.
