Whether you are new to project management, or a seasoned professional looking for ways to develop junior staff and your organisation’s culture, this chapter provides some thoughts to stimulate individual development planning. Other chapters discuss aspects of the project team, such as its behavioural traits and structures. Here in this chapter, I shall draw these concepts together into a ‘road map’ for a rewarding career.
