The Arabs and Africa and Joint Security Issues

The fierce storms that swept over the Arab countries, causing unprecedented shockwaves, have also hit their African neighbours, and uprooted much of the recently laid and as yet unconsolidated foundations in those societies. The dangerous implications of this turbulent climate on both Africa and the Arab countries are probably the reason for choosing national security as one of the major issues of this seminar.
