ABSTRACT
If the user feels that the equipment is not satisfactory, it must be switched off, removed from the supply, labelled ‘Not to be used’ or words to that effect, and reported to a responsible person. That person will then take the necessary action to record the faulty item and arrange remedial work or have it disposed of.
