Ekundayo Bandele founded Hattiloo Theatre in 2006 and is currently its CEO. Located in Memphis, TN, Hattiloo is now one of the leading Black theatre companies in the country and one of the largest theatre companies in Memphis. Priding the theatre as a model for fiscal excellence, Bandele shares his journey in this interview from a three-person organization to over 20 employees in 13 short years.
