ABSTRACT

In the introduction, I introduce the main topics of the book – namely, the challenges of climate change and the moral theory of climate behaviour. I elaborate on the need for a book on political responsibility because moral theory to a large extent has neglected the relevant of assigning responsibility to what I call institutionalised group agents. Moreover, I introduce the other main contribution of the book – namely, the necessity for approaching moral dilemmas from a fact-sensitive political theoretical perspective.
