ABSTRACT
The Israeli approach to pure economic loss is still in its formative stage. On the one hand there are quite a few court decisions dealing with most categories of cases in which pure economic loss can occur, yet these decisions do not give us any clear rules or guidelines to advise us as to the Israeli tort law position.
