ABSTRACT
This Chapter provides details of the various form contracts such as design-build contracts, the JCT forms of contract, the Ice Conditions of Contract, the NEC and FIDIC contracts and their differences, and key issues which arise from their use. Also dealt with are the common issues between the forms and termination issues.
