Create a written document of the feedback session based on professional behavior analyst's notes. Send it to their supervisor as an attachment to an e-mail. Professional behavior analyst's supervisor should be pleased that they took the feedback seriously and acted promptly to take corrective steps. Being an effective behavioral consultant is a complex, multifaceted job that involves not only theoretical and technical knowledge of human behavior but a huge dose of human relations training as well. Knowing how to make a great presentation and how to maintain active, positive engagement with professional behavior analyst's client for months at a time is an essential consulting behavior. Earning respect for a job well done will provide great satisfaction for the consulting behavior analyst.
