ABSTRACT
Leaders must perform the process walk because they are the ones who are most likely to get an overall picture of the process and access to the process. Moreover, it will build a culture because it provides a model for the subordinates about how to do a process walk. An important task for a leader is to carry out stakeholder analysis. Stakeholders are those who influence and/or are influenced by an intervention or program. Stakeholders are organizations and individuals involved in certain activities as stakeholders are organizations and individuals involved in certain activities because they participate in producing, consuming, managing, regulating, or evaluating the activities. There are many methods of stakeholder analysis in the literature. One of the commonly used methods is identifying stakeholders and then determining their relationship with the project, determining the position of attitude, determining what is needed from these parties, and developing strategies to influence them.
