“To move this research forward, it will be important to develop ways of assessing various features of collaborative teacher work” (Jones et al., 2019, p. 469). Learning evaluations can be established in our schools. Some schools already implement the processes necessary for success. The learning evaluation seeks to implement those processes in the formal modes and activities of teachers and principals. This chapter presents a framework to develop a learning evaluation for teachers.
