ABSTRACT
Description: Sargramostim is a recombinant human granulocytemacrophage colony stimulating factor (rhuGM-CSF), a 127-amino acid glycosylated hematopoietic growth factor. It differs from the native human molecule by a substitution of leucine at position 23. It is presented in both liquid (500 (µg/ml) and lyophilized (250 µg) formats.
