ABSTRACT
A Story: John had wanted to attend college but could not ajJord the tuition. Fortunately, during the four years he had worked at his first job, he had taught himself to be an excellent graphics designer. Then, like 2 million other Americans that year, John was the victim ofjob loss due to no fault of his own. John was shocked at the downsizing and did know how to deal with the unexpected bad news.
