ABSTRACT

Under the influence of traffic load, environment, force majeure and other factors, steel bridge operated by traffic will produce steel corrosion, cracks, deformation and other diseases. In order to solve the increasingly complicated steel bridge diseases, it is necessary to adopt scientific and reasonable technology to repair and transform the bridge structures according to the characteristics of the bridge structures and the causes of the diseases. In view of the characteristics of steel structure bridges with different connection modes, this paper summarizes the successful cases of maintenance and reinforcement of steel structure bridges, and it expounds in detail the upgrading and reforming technology of steel bridge deck system across existing railway lines, the key technologies for the repair of “making in-situ repair, and maintaining the original state after repair” cultural relics steel bridges, quick replacement technology of simply supported steel beam, the repair technology of damaged steel bridges corrected by reaction frame, and the repair and treatment technology of cracks in steel box girders by stress release mode. Based on the concept of bridge life cycle, this paper provides a reference for further promoting the popularization and application of steel bridge reinforcement technology.
