ABSTRACT
Stakeholders in your project are those people who can influence it for good or bad, who have an interest in it in some way, and whom it affects. They can be people internal to your part of the organization, part of the wider organization, or external to the organization (e.g. customers and suppliers.) The way you design and implement your OD project is shaped in some part (often a large part) by stakeholder needs and responses.
