ABSTRACT
The relation between the structure of chemicals and their properties has fascinated chemists ever since it was discov-
ered that chemicals have properties defined by their atomic composition and the spatial relation between them. In this context, it is important, we believe, to distinguish between global properties of chemicals and local properties.
