ABSTRACT: This paper proposes a new method of generating flexible and high-speed network traffic. Imported in the power gene, the network traffic is continually adjusted by using the reactive mechanism, until errors meet the user’s initialization. By combining ON/OFF model, Distributed framework generates the network traffic with self-similarity and adjustable speed. The network traffic generated in this way is precise and controllable, and takes on self-similarity characteristic. Thus it can reflect the features of the real network traffic.
