ABSTRACT
The methodology of analyses of the construction life cycles is one of the modern scientific tools, therefore its development and application to problems of construction theory and practice is an important and topical problem. In recent years this Methodology, based on the principles of system approach gets its new development based on the widening understanding of the composition of the processes of construction as a whole.
