ABSTRACT
Based on the research of modern building industry developments both at home and abroad, combining relevant policy documents, the paper set up a complete set of modern science and technology support evaluation system for the building industry of Jiangsu province. The evaluation system takes “building technology” as the core, builds an ecology and technology environment integrated with “technical innovation” > ” technology application “ and “ policy guidance “. As a result, this research gives a scientific and accurate assessment for the scientific support ability of modern building industry in Jiangsu province and provide technical support for the development strategies of modernization of building industry in our country.
