Power on password: For cold and warm boots, this would prevent the use of the server/device until a pass-
word is entered. This prevents unauthorized access to
the device setup utility and operating system. Although
this is a good practice, the enterprise must also remem-
ber that a staff member must then be at the console
whenever the server/device boots.
