ABSTRACT
Emission rates and stated concentrations of interest may or may not be of relevance to actual emission rates and air quality concentrations of real interest and concern and are used only for illustration. The local environment is considered rural. Discussion of building downwash is not included in this workbook, although it will be noted that there is a building downwash option included in the program WKBK2 that provides some calculations for this effect. It is desirable to obtain a particle count of at least 20 particles upon membrane filters located at groundlevel 2 km from the plume centerline on the sampling arc 8 km from the source.
