ABSTRACT

At the end of the 20th century, we found a big surge in the development of important techniques available for science (nanoscience) and technology [self-assembly structures (vesicles); biomolecules; biosensors; surface and colloid chemistry; nanotechnology]. In fact, these developments indicated that there was no end to this trend, as regards the vast expansion in the sensitivity and level of information; therefore, in this chapter, we would like to explain some of these exciting new developments to the reader.
